Micron Cartridge Filter

Wound Cartridge: Yarns of polypropelene, Cotton, Nylon, Glass Fibre is wound in some specific pattern on a centre core.

 
Spun Bonded Cartridge: Fibres of polypropelene are moulded into a single piece by Meltblown process. Flow rate is about double of wound cartridge.
 

   
Resin Bonded Cartridge:Fibres of cellulose/polypropelene are moulded into a single piece by using Mellamine resin as bonding agent.

 

 

Pleated Cartridge: Sheets of Cellulose fibre/polypropelene fibre are pleated to increase the surface area.

 
 
Activated Carbon Cartridge: Granular activated carbon is packed in sandwitched form. Powdered activated carbon is in moulded form.
